Both lovable and frustrating
Juan, the kind staff member, went above and beyond to prepare a gluten-free breakfast for me. Rooms are spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and good coffee available.
The hot tub was out of service without prior notice, which was disappointing, and I noticed noise disturbances from neighboring rooms disrupting our relaxation.

Family vacationers will love it
The hotel was clean and comfy and the breakfast was good! Keaton, the front desk manager, was friendly, checking in on us during breakfast to make sure everything was fine. And the indoor pool was open 24 hours, so the kids loved swimming after long days of exploring.
It was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Spacious and comfy stay!
We were really happy with our stay! The room was super spacious and the bed was so comfy. The shower was great too. Breakfast was okay, just missed the full spread they advertised. Loved the picnic area outside! Only thing was we had to drive a bit for dinner options.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! The skiing was awesome, and we loved visiting the Avon Theatre. The ski storage space made it easy for us to head out each day. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better.
The only downside was the limited dining options nearby. we had to travel a bit for meals.

Easy access to outdoor attractions like ski resorts made for an enjoyable time. The hotel’s family-friendly atmosphere offered ample space for our crew to unwind after a long day.
We faced several frustrations that dampened our stay. While the family suite seemed appealing, our specific room didn’t meet expectations. we got a subpar version, despite friends having better accommodations. The lack of hot tub access added to our disappointment, and we learned the pool was under refurbishment too. To top it off, the barn door on the bathroom didn’t lock, which became a hassle with toddlers opening it constantly—definitely not ideal for privacy. Internet access failed completely during our weekend, which really put a damper on plans for some downtime entertainment. All said, it felt like the hotel wasn’t fully prepared for the busy weekend.

The stay featured a comfortable King Room with exceptional amenities. The staff's friendliness stood out, especially during breakfast, where homemade pastries were a delicious treat. However, the pool was out of service, causing disappointment, and the vending machines were stocked poorly, making it difficult to grab snacks. Additionally, the room rate was higher than expected without any notable upgrades or changes for the second visit.

The room felt spacious and came with a comfortable bed. The shower had good pressure, which I appreciated after a long day. I enjoyed the bright, airy public areas of the hotel and the cleanliness throughout. Breakfast offered a variety of options, and I especially liked the free coffee availability. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I ran into a minor issue with the hot tub not being clean, which was disappointing. Communication regarding pool maintenance could've been better since the pool was closed for refurbishment during my stay, and it would’ve been nice to have prior notice. It was also frustrating that only one person was managing the front desk during the busy weekend, leading to longer wait times.
